Can Broadcast Newsletter send full color email?
Yes, absolutely. Broadcast Newsletter is capable of sending full color email that arrives looking like a magazine ad. Studies show that full color gets a higher response than plain text email.
How do I go about creating full color email?
Full color email is sent as HTML. Basically creating a full color email is the same process as developing a web page. One difference is that your images need to reside somewhere on the web. Images are referenced within the email with full http:// links.
Does Broadcast Newsletter send unique email to each user?
Yes it does. Broadcast Newsletter is designed as a mass mail tool. You have the option of beginning your email with Dear and the first name. There is also a mail merge feature to send quick, timely messages to a lot of people.
Is there a limit to the number of people in the system?
Yes, we limit the program to 500 recipients. Broadcast Newsletter is intended to be an informative newsletter sent to a limited number of constituents. It is not intended to be a spam system. We do not endorse sending unsolicited email to thousands of users. If you want to engage in this type of activity we suggest you look elsewhere.
Should I include an opt-out clause with my newsletter?
Yes, you should always include way for people to opt-out of your newsletter. People take email personally. An opt-out clause shows good manners and it keeps you from being labeled as a spammer. One complaint is all it takes.
Does this software integrate into my Site?
Yes, perfectly. The system includes a "Sign Up for Our Newsletter" function that you can put on your site. It will automatically add people onto your newsletter.
Does Broadcast Newsletter support multiple mail lists?
Yes, you can have as many mail lists as you like.
How do I add in email addresses into the system?
Entering Email address is a matter of cutting and pasting into the list manager. Email is in the format of email address, a comma, then the first and last name. Once you have the addresses in the system they stay in the system. Once the system is sent up, sending email to users' groups is quick and easy.
