Username and Password - Broadcast Newsletter is remotely hosted software that is accessed by logging on at this site's main page with your username and password. Your username and password was provided upon signup. You should keep it in a safe place and not share it with anyone. If you have forgotten your username and password, or are having trouble logging in, please contact us using the phone number below. Trouble Running the System - We've made every effort to make your software is easy as possible to run. We routinely give new clients a quick walk through and they are up and running on their own. While Broadcast Newsletter is fairly simple to use there are some areas that may require clarification. Be sure to check the parameters on the Mail Main Menu such as subject, return address, mail list, and template prior to sending your mail. If you need to ask a question feel free to call during business hours. Uploading Your own HTML to the Web - The system contains an "Upload and Review Messages" function that you use to send your HTML files to the web to use in your mailing. To create your own HTML mailing, create your file offline. Then use Upload to send it to the web. Next assign it as your mail template in the Mail Preferences Screen. Finally preview the HTML using View Current Message. If, when viewing your message, your images are broken, you need to make all images http:// links (there are no embedded images in a email). When All Else Fails - occasionally we may come upon a situation you can't solve. In cases like this we stand behind our software.
